I went to Don Bohn to get a diagnosis of my Acadia. John Daigle was courteous and didn't take any time at all to get to my car. I received an estimate from John and he was able to answwer all my questions to my satisfaction. John kept me up to date on the vehicle's progress and got it back to me with the work done perfectly. My overall experience from the beginning with Don Bohn has been more than excellent. My wife and I had gone to a number of dealerships in person and online, we were very conversant with many of the details regarding the Acadia and were pretty sure that we wanted to purchase one. We visited a number of other dealerships for different kinds of cars including at least three other GMC dealerships and found that either the other dealerships knew little about their vehicles, tried to strong-arm us into a vehicle that didn't include features we wanted, colors we didn't want or who knew less about their vehicles than we did. In one particularly troubling visit to another local dealership (Royal), the salesman blew off my wife's questions and acted as if we were lucky that he bothered with us at all. Don Bohn's salesman and especially their business manager, take particular care to answer all our questions and made sure we had exactly what we wanted and kept in contact with us until we were satisfied. We are more than satisfied with both the Sales staff and with all of our subsequent interactions with the Service staff. Thanks for making the experience so good. My wife insists that I mention that this was her first non-foreign car purchase and she sends her thanks. We will definitely consider any future vehicle purchases from Don Bohn first and foremost because of the satisfaction we have had with them. The distance is worth it!
